Hoya Working Kelpies

Our Working Kelpies are bred for athleticism, intelligence and drive combined with willingness to follow direction.

They have natural shepherding instincts with enough eye and dominance to work cattle.

Our dogs are dual purpose and are also used as truffle hunting dogs.

We train using the methods of Steve Austin and use positive reinforcement to achieve shared outcomes.

Our truffle dogs are trained by Simon French and herding dogs by Peter Hogan.
